Food for thought in the Kerryman Newspaper

The fillets of brill, that most delectable of fish was served with a beautiful creamy sauce with a hint
of fennel, accompanied by garlic potato and ratatouille was much appreciated.

the chorizo was tossed in with leaves and, on top, was the pudding and slices of seared apple.
the dressing was top notch and I cannot remember when I enjoyed a salad as good as this.

4. The fresh fish at Global Village deserves a particular mention. Martin Bealin transmogrifies
the flavours of the sea with such professionalism and skill that individual notes still sing
among contrasting textures and flavours. A real thrill for all the senses and worth a
