Martin Bealin and Nuala Cassidy founded Global Village 10 years ago. Their aim was to bring a wealth of Global experience back to Dingle. Creating new dishes based around friendly environmental practice and in partnership with local food producers and especially local fisherman. The restaurant only uses fish from inshore local fisherman and meat from farmers who operate a sustainable farming policy.
